Richard has worked for over 30 years in pubic practice, with extensive experience in a variety of industries. Richard has a commitment to small business and spends much time consulting to small & medium enterprises around the State of NSW as well as Non Profit Organisations, including board representation. Richard's tireless dedication to the community was recognised on Australia Day 2005 with the award for the Macleay Valley Citizen of the Year 2005.

Sean O’Leary

Practicing Accountant
Sean is a practicing accountant and specialises in taxation matters, and accounting for small to medium enterprises, including Quickbooks, MYOB, Accounting Software and general Information Technology applications.

Sally Sutherland

Administration Manager
Sally is O'Leary Partners' administration assistant and receptionist. Sally also assists with general accounting and additional specialist functions in the practice.

All staff have personal computers, and access to the Internet, where much research activity is carried out. Having the computer power and systems is vital for any business, but the real strength of O’Leary Partners Pty Ltd is built into the team of people within the practice. Staff undertake training on a continual basis, both in-house, and externally, to ensure their knowledge and level of technical skills are constantly being updated.
